Our company policies and shipping information
Privacy Rule
No information that you submit to us by email, web page, regular mail-in, fax or telephone will ever be shared with any other organization of any kind. We do not sell customer names, customer addresses or any other customer information. Since we only accept credit cards through PayPal, none of your credit card details (account number, CDC, ect.) is never known by us.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all the items you purchase directly from our web sites. If for any reason you do not get the results you were looking for from a product you purchase from us, return the product for a complete refund. Refunds do not include postage costs (In most cases, email us the problem details and we will let you know).
CREDIT CARD POLICY - We only accept credit cards through secure PayPal. We will only mail orders paid for by credit card to the confirmed PayPal address. We do not accept credit cards through PayPal for orders going to an APO, FPO or other military addresses as we can not trace these orders.
OVERSEAS ORDERS- We only accept mail-in orders from countries other than the USA. Payment must be a certified bank check or international money order made out to pay in US funds. No overseas credit card orders through PayPal will be accepted.
Shipping
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Your package will be shipped on the day we receive the order if:
1) Your order arrives at our office before 2:00 pm. If it arrives after 2:00 pm it will be shipped the next business day.
2) We have absolute confirmation that the form of payment you submitted is valid. Most PayPal and money orders are shipped same day. Checks will be held up to 10 business days before your product is shipped.
If there is a delay in shipping your item we will email you with the details of the delay.
No refunds or replacements will be given until the status of a lost package has been determined from the shipper.
1) FREE SHIPPING: Most orders of 2 items or less with will be sent 1st class US mail (3-7 days average delivery time).
Most orders with 3 items or more will be sent by Priority mail (3-5 days average delivery time).
If you want a faster type of shipping, email us and we will send you the information you need to submit payment for it. (please be advised that due to our location UPS is the most expensive shipping available)
