No information that you submit to us by email, web page, regular mail-in, fax or telephone will ever be shared with any other organization of any kind. Badger Information Service does not sell customer names, customer addresses or any other customer information.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all the items you purchase directly from our web site, MoodJewelry.com. If for any reason you do not get the results you were looking for from a product you purchase from us, return the item for a complete refund. Refunds do not include postage costs.

Placing Your Order - We accept checks, money orders and cash by mail. (We do not advise sending cash as it is not secure while in the mail system.) Just click on the mail-in option on the web site catalog page and press submit. You and us will receive a copy of the order by email, which we will ship as soon as your payment arrives at our office in the mail. Orders paid for by money order ship with-in 24 hours most of the time, but orders paid for by checks will be held up to 10 business days before your product is shipped.

CREDIT CARD POLICY - We only accept credit cards issued by US banks for orders shipped to the US. We will only mail orders paid for by credit card to the verified billing address of the credit card account. We do not accept credit cards for orders going to an APO, FPO or other military addresses as we can not trace these orders.

OVERSEAS ORDERS- We only accept mail-in orders from countries other than the USA. Payment must be a certified bank check or international money order made out to pay in US funds. No overseas credit card orders will be accepted. We do not ship knives out of the US.

 

Shipping Options
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Your package will be shipped on the day we receive the order if:
1) Your order arrives at our office before 2:00 pm. If it arrives after 2:00 pm it will be shipped the next business day.
2) We have absolute confirmation that the form of payment you submitted is valid. Most credit cards and money orders are shipped same day. Checks will be held up to 10 business days before your product is shipped.

Our shipping options are:
1) Basic Shipping- Could be US Post Office or UPS, whichever we choose to use, and will have a traceable confirmation number. Your package could arrive in 5 to 10 days, but is not guaranteed and could take longer.

3) Priority Mail- A confirmation number you can trace on the internet is provided. Delivery normally takes 3 to 7 days. Orders paid for by personal checks will still be held for up to 10 days before shipping.

4) Express- Your package should arrive within 48 hours from the time we ship. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Not available for orders paid for by personal check or orders from overseas. Can be traced on the internet.
